…tions Adds shift-aware hover tracking to topbar and bottombar widgets. When the shift key is held while hovering the new-tab button, it renders a down-arrow icon instead of "+" to indicate a shifted action. Physical shift key state is tracked separately from OS modifier reports to handle focus transitions correctly. Bar hover events are re-emitted on shift key changes to update the UI immediately.
