Restructure both README editions around Windows package/source installation, a first CLI query, local stdio MCP setup, existing tests and concise limitations. Keep an explanatory provider diagram, link the detailed benchmarks, and clarify collection scope, client forwarding and local settings. Separate overall Alpha maturity and the published v0.2.0 from unreleased v1.0.0 notes.
Preserve the MPL LICENSE and document the existing MIT desktop metadata inconsistency. No source, manifests, lockfiles, workflows, baselines or licenses change. Validation covers published asset names, CLI/MCP examples, Markdown/links, desktop/narrow rendering and independent reader/translation checks. Existing PR checks must pass before merge.
