Give browser and Python users direct quick starts, documented tests and explicit limitations. Add a matching Simplified Chinese README and move corpus/R workflows and the project map into a linked development guide. Distinguish source 1.1.0 from the published v1.0.0 wheel, explain browser replay/retention boundaries, and preserve separate AGPL code and noncommercial Folger-data terms. Retain the real composing-room screenshot.
Only Markdown changes; runtime, manifests, licenses, workflows and release artifacts are unchanged. Validation covers source-backed commands, package/example execution, Markdown/links, desktop/narrow rendering and independent reader/translation checks. Existing PR checks must pass before merge.
