1.0.1 was published without its zip and, being immutable, cannot get one. This cuts 1.0.2 through the draft, attach, publish path so the release carries the download.

cauldron-copper-v1.0.1was published without its zip and, being immutable, cannot get one. This is the pack change that makes release-please cut 1.0.2, which goes through the draft, attach, publish path merged in #13 and is that path's first real run.The only file change is a line in the pack's install instructions pointing players past 1.0.1.
Tested: local hooks pass. The pack's functions are untouched, so nothing needed testing in a world. The release path itself has not run against GitHub yet; this is what exercises it.
