We should wrap all the kernel calls and use the exact same arguments for the cuda/pyccel calls. See https://github.com/struphy-hub/struphy/pull/667/changes#diff-cd8239fca97f258043d3e520017338de88a05474f8665bf9ae1b92360e8e8a94R2803-R2824

    Done in #667 (squash-merged as f5ce4b9): SplineFunction calls the same kernels with the same arguments on both backends, no _evaluate_cuda helper. Since #679 (PR 16) the three spline evaluation kernels are folder kernels (struphy.bsplines.kernels.eval_spline_mpi_*), imported and called directly.
