Only 1 of 130 PyccelKernel(...) wraps declares outputs=. Without it, cunumpy copies every converted array back to the device after the call

    Done in #723: every kernel folder declares OUTPUTS in its __init__.py, and the remaining PyccelKernel wraps pass outputs=.
