Pull in stripe/goproxy#36 so generated MITM leaf certificates use cryptographic randomness while a bounded TTL cache amortizes certificate generation. Vendor the new golang-lru transitive dependency. Committed-By-Agent: codex Co-authored-by: codex <noreply@openai.com>
