Implemented streamx context configure wizard to simplify context setup for users:

• Prompts for the auth server and platform URLs (Enter accepts the build-time defaults), plus the optional ingestion URL
• Runs auth login against the configured identity provider
• Lists the account's organizations and projects and lets the user pick the context's current org and project
