Layer: Quick Set Anchor, nine anchor points with Position compensation - #3080
There was only Center Anchor Point; no way to put the Anchor Point on a corner or edge midpoint without moving the layer.
New layer.quickSetAnchor {point, layers?} (point: topLeft, top, topRight, left, center, right, bottomLeft, bottom, bottomRight) moves the Anchor Point of 2D layers to that point of their content and shifts Position and every Position key so nothing moves, in one undo step. 3D and locked layers are skipped (an error when none is left). layer.centerAnchor now shares the same code. Layer > Transform > Quick Set Anchor lists the nine points. Not done: the popup chooser, the Properties-panel button and the Shift+Tab shortcut.
Tests: new tests that a rotated, scaled layer with keyed Position looks identical on several frames after each of the nine points, undo, a parented child, skipping locked/3D layers and bad input; cargo xtask ci (own target): clippy, nextest 5370 passed, layers, assets, wasm ok. Only failure: effectcraft-gpu posterize_matches_the_cpu_on_every_8bpc_pair (known, environmental).
Added a Quick Set Anchor submenu with nine content-point choices for 2D layers. Changing an anchor preserves on-screen placement, including across keyed positions and for parented layers, and can be undone in one step.
Locked and 3D layers, along with layers that have animated or expression-driven Anchor Point, Scale, or Rotation, Position expressions, or Along Path auto-orientation, are skipped. Requests error when no eligible layers remain or none have content bounds.
Documentation
Added a Cookbook entry describing the quick anchor-setting command and its behavior.

layer.quickSetAnchor moves the Anchor Point of 2D layers to a corner, edge midpoint or the
centre of their content and shifts Position and its keys so nothing moves. Layer > Transform >
Quick Set Anchor lists the nine points.

Walkthrough
Adds layer.quickSetAnchor and a nine-choice Transform submenu. The command moves eligible 2D layers’ anchors to named content points and offsets Position values and keys. Tests cover placement preservation, undo, eligibility filtering, errors, and parented layers.

Summary
Anchor movement command and validation crates/engine/src/cmd/layer_menu.rs, crates/engine/src/tests/menu_cmds.rs, docs/agents.md
layer.quickSetAnchor accepts one of nine named points. It skips locked, 3D, or layers with keyed or expression-driven Anchor Point, Scale, or Rotation properties. It also skips layers with Position expressions or Along Path auto-orientation. It moves eligible anchors and offsets Position values and keys. center_anchor uses the shared movement logic. Tests cover rendered bounds, undo, filtering, invalid requests, and parented layers. The Cookbook documents the command and its {layers} return value.
Transform menu choices crates/engine/src/menus.rs
The Transform submenu exposes all nine anchor points.

… Rotation
The anchor is set at the current time and the Position shift is worked out
from the current Anchor Point, Scale and Rotation, so on a layer where any of
them is keyed or has an expression the layer would move at other frames.
Such layers are skipped like 3D and locked ones (an error when none is left).

…nt along the path
An expression on Position (or the separated X/Y) overrides the shifted value,
and Auto-Orient along the path adds a rotation the shift does not account for;
both would make the layer jump, so they are skipped like 3D layers.

The current placement test covers keyed combined transform/position. The separated-dimensions case reaches a different branch, but the existing separated test is skipped because positionX has an expression. Add a focused case with keyed transform/positionX and transform/positionY, and compare seen_bounds across multiple frames before and after layer.quickSetAnchor.

Added a regression test for the separated-dimensions case: Position split into X and Y with keys on both, a rotated and scaled layer, anchor set to top left, and the painted bounds compared before and after at five frames. It fails if the X/Y compensation in quickSetAnchor is removed. No source change was needed.
Thanks @vangel76, merged. Layer ▸ Transform ▸ Quick Set Anchor offers the nine anchor points and compensates Position and its keys, so the layer doesn't move, in one undo step. Layers where that can't hold are skipped and the error says why.
