Adds a capture-only
openmicro doctorreport for the Google Stadia Controller over wired USB, per the "Test your controller" flow in CONTROLLERS.md. No parser exists for it yet (Driver: none), so all 17 controls are raw captures — hopefully useful groundwork for a future driver. Also rannpm run gen:controllersto refresh the compatibility table; full test suite passes locally (307/307).OpenMicro controller report
