Release the compatible feature additions merged since 1.0.3 as 1.1.0, including PRs #3 and #4. Package metadata, runtime version and lockfile now agree; current guides, README, architecture and papers describe the published APIs consistently. Historical release reports and frozen experiment evidence retain their original provenance.

The release notes cover TeachingSession and explicit adoption, TF-IDF skill portability, optional logistic teaching, experimental integrations and measured limitations. Existing APIs and hashed skills remain supported; TF-IDF skills require a 1.1.0-or-newer reader. This PR changes release metadata and documentation, with no inference or teaching implementation changes.

Validation:

  • Full local suite: 1,324 passed and 22 optional skips; the only failure was the README install-command assertion, corrected and confirmed with its focused rerun.
  • Documentation checker: 96 Markdown files, 679 local links, nine current version labels.
  • Lockfile check, wheel/source content checks and strict Twine metadata checks passed.
  • Minimal installed-wheel checks outside the checkout passed without SciPy: version/aliases/resources, teaching, exact adoption, reload and failed-candidate preservation.
  • All three existing offline teaching-quality workloads passed using the installed wheel; no live teacher calls.

After this PR merges, require successful CI on the exact main merge commit before pushing v1.1.0. Then verify trusted PyPI publication and an installation of the public artifact.
