[MagicAAP] Option to disable "Off" noise control mode in tray context menu

Hello,

It would be nice to have an option to disable the "Off" mode for noise control in the system tray context menu so it's less clutered. On iOS this mode isn't visible by default and you have to explicitly enable it in the settings.
