ActivityBytes keeps its padded and tight placements but frames every array through NativeArrays, the same file in every world-authoring branch that appends typed arrays, so merging them dedupes it. The bytes are unchanged.
Version 8 now lists the features a manifest holds by name, so this and the other world-authoring features can merge in any order. A build refuses a manifest naming a feature it does not know.
The frozen hashes and the golden profile stay and run every time. The Python oracle now lives in the lab; WORLD_STUDIO_SOURCE and SUNRISE_PARITY_DRIVERS name it, and the live comparison is skipped when they are unset.

Makes New > Activity work. From a template activity it appends an activity-definition row and matching client row, and creates a named activity root and scenario for the template's map or a derived whole-map copy. The template supplies display and gameplay policy; the user supplies the internal name, display name, type, destination and target map.
How:
added-activities); creation is one workspace transaction with undo/redo.WIP: Sunrise 0.6 reads the activity table with a fixed count of 1,170 rows, so a registered activity builds but the game cannot see it until the bounded reader lands in Sunrise (separate PR).
