With the switch to the new Wizden auth and hub URLs from the Space Wizards Federation, this PR updates the RobustToolbox.Server.
Will reduce changes necessary from those forking this RT, as well as allow dev environments to benefit from connecting a client from the launcher as opposed to just a local Robust.Client instance.
