- update the transitive MCP SDK from 1.30.0 to 1.32.1 in the root lockfile - apply the same update to the agent-sdk lockfile - clear CVE-2026-104850 (GHSA-6qxp-vccf-f47h), fixed in 1.31.0
- remove the PTY test that required a draw at an intermediate size during shutdown replay - stop requiring the bridge journal to hold the dismissed permission or question answer after shutdown - drop the held-shutdown fixture scenario that only the removed test used

Release preparation for
0.15.1: the version bumps and the finalized changelog that the release workflow expects.This is a patch release because it contains only fixes and test stability work: resumed session history across compactions, background tool rendering, scrollback across resizes, the exit redraw, tool titles, and installer cleanup on a repeated Ctrl-C.
The MCP SDK bump rides along so the release does not ship with the open high-severity advisory GHSA-6qxp-vccf-f47h. It is a lockfile-only change inside the Agent SDK's existing
^1.29.0peer range.Validation
cargo fetch --lockedpassed, andcargo pkgid --lockedandnpm ls --depth=0both resolve the package to0.15.1. After the MCP SDK bump,npm run build,test(494 passed),lint,knip, andauditpassed inagent-sdk. I did not runcargo fmt,cargo clippy, orcargo testlocally; this branch changes no Rust source, and CI runs the full gate.v0.15.0.Notes
