401 Unauthorized response error message notification

I defined role-based users in the spring cloud dataflow application with spring security and control page access with hasRole.
.antMatchers(HttpMethod.GET, "/audit-records").hasRole("MANAGE")
.antMatchers(HttpMethod.GET, "/audit-records/**").hasRole("MANAGE")

For unauthorized users, a response is returned with the status code 401 Unauthorized.

The page notification message comes like this. Can I change it to a more user-friendly message?
