Deleted V1 rightsizing API docs
- Removed ECS v1 Rightsizing suggestion API documentation:
- `/ocean/aws/ecs/cluster/{oceanClusterId}/rightSizing/suggestion`
- Removed GKE v1 Rightsizing suggestion API documentation:
