publish the package as @enumura/glyphflow, the authenticated npm user scope
update installation and CSS import references across the README and English/Japanese documentation

Verification

npm run lint
npm test
npm run build
npm_config_cache=/tmp/glyphflow-npm-cache npm pack --dry-run
npm run docs:build
