Summary

• Adds frontend skill guidance requiring Moonshine Table for dashboard tables instead of shadcn @/components/ui/table usage.
• Documents the current Moonshine table consumption patterns for declarative columns, empty/loading states, search and filters, footer bars, CTA rows, grouped rows, and rare native tr/td escape hatches.
