Hi,

I had to apply some fixes to the Makefile to use it with the Windows Toolchain for AVR. Maybe it is compatible with Atmel Studio and can be merged?

I also have prepared short instructions for the tools I'm using, maybe you want to update programming.md with it?

Regards,
Urs
