[codex] Improve first-run dividend flow

Summary

• move Add Stock into the hero as the first interaction
• hide dashboard stats, AI chat, goal, projection, and stock table until the visitor adds a stock
• add first-run empty guidance and clearer stat subtitles after reveal
• force ticker rendering through string values so Realty Income stays O, not 0

Validation

• npm run lint
• npm run build
• local browser QA: empty first screen hides dashboard sections
• local browser QA: adding local O reveals dashboard and table renders ticker O
