Tag-triggered releases failed before running checks because reusable CI and its calling release workflow resolved to the same concurrency group. Give CI its own group prefix and advance the package to 0.12.1, preserving the earlier tags.
Validation: version and lock metadata checked; package build and applicable local checks pass. GitHub PR and tag workflows verify the repaired path. Existing publication gates remain in place.
