Add bounded local owner-event notifications, finite-playlist format admission, and native FFmpeg/TorchCodec diagnostics. Retain strict receipt identifiers, bounded public errors, and the reviewed security checks. PyPI publication now requires an explicit workflow dispatch; Git tags alone do not publish packages. Validation: the complete Python suite, Ruff, reviewed wheel hashes, and distribution build pass.
This is a Git source release. Model weights, private corpora, physical devices, live external sources, package registry publication, and service activation remain separate. Existing independent review requirements remain in force.
The optional MOSS/SongID dependency graph now constrains fsspec to >=2026.6.0 and multidict to >=6.9.1 for the newly reported advisories. Fresh all-extras dependency auditing passes with only the two documented Torch exceptions. Shared file admission checks regular-file status and byte limits before and after opening; 48 focused aperture/security cases pass.
