Opt-in listening-md-core/v1 profile; owner fixtures for Oída 0.13.2, Akousma 0.10.1, Akousmata 0.9.1 and AKOÚŌ 0.12.1, each rebuilt byte for byte from its new tag. The managed profile stays at the reviewed 0.4.1 set. Tag: v0.6.1.

Fast-forward of the reviewed local main (7975beb); merged with a merge commit so the tagged commit keeps its identity. Ship E13, 14 October 2026.

Phase 0 baseline: 86 tests passed and 6 skipped. A fresh Python 3.13 wheel install ran doctor successfully through environment checks and reported only the expected missing installation state.
… the real Python floor

Finding P1-14 / R-B. The audit noted that tests/test_acoustic.py is a
pytest-style function that `python3 -m unittest discover -s tests -v` — the
command README.md and CONTRIBUTING.md both document — collects but never calls.
Counting the rest showed it was wider than one test: seven modules held eleven
bare test functions that the documented runner silently skipped. They existed,
they looked present, and none of them had ever run under the project's own
instructions.

pytest is now the declared runner, added as a `test` extra. It collects both
styles, so one command runs everything instead of most things. test_acoustic.py
is also converted to unittest, which makes it run under either runner; that is
the more robust of the two positions and it was the test the audit named.

Result: 89 passed, 7 skipped, 4 subtests. The documented command previously
reported 83 tests and 5 skips. Nothing newly run was failing — but nothing newly
run had been checked either, which is the point.

Python floor corrected from >=3.9 to >=3.11. This is not a new restriction; it
is the declaration catching up with the code. hashlib.file_digest is 3.11+ and
four modules already call it — acoustic, generation, planning, research — so the
package has never worked on 3.9. Running the now-executing acoustic test on this
machine's 3.9.6 fails with `AttributeError: module 'hashlib' has no attribute
'file_digest'`, which is exactly the defect, and which was invisible for as long
as the test did not run. Classifiers updated to 3.11/3.12/3.13.

centaur-phase17/v1 candidate profile; installed-boundary profiles for
selection, planning, relisten, control and publication; isolated candidate
assembly, MOSS variant preparation, installed-resource verification.
Qualifiers for Oida HTTP, Central process, connected Central, targeted
re-listening, situated owner, planner gateway and local planner
evaluation/replay; editorial workspace, selected-media, preflight and
withdrawal tools. Docs: phase17 candidate, planning-p4 isolated endpoints,
planner grounding review (semantic qualification open).

After the Central became Telar (sonicfield-telar 0.4.0, 19 September
2026), the installer's candidate checks still looked only for the
listeningstackweb wheel. A new compatibility profile, telar-local/v1,
keeps the Phase 17 core versions and replaces only the application
distribution. The resource verifier, the disconnected-process qualifier
and the installed-boundary profiles select the canonical import and
resource directory from the manifest's distribution identity; exactly
one application wheel is admitted, and historical Central manifests
still verify. prepare_phase17.py names the telar checkout. Nothing here
promotes a candidate or changes published pins. Work of 19 and 22
September, committed 24 September.

Tests: 163 passed, 7 skipped (162 at the previous commit). 14 further
tests fail identically before and after, all with ModuleNotFoundError:
oida, because this environment does not install Oída; one module
(test_situated_owner_qualification.py) cannot be collected for the same
reason. Local only.

Planner admission now judges situated planning, routing and inquiry as separate
families (all required cases run, every critical case passed, >= 90% passed;
injection cases are critical in each) and records the admitted families as the
deployment's tasks. khipu-local/v1 admits the renamed application wheel
sonicfield-khipu 0.5.0 (Telar was renamed Khipu on 25 September 2026);
telar-local/v1 and the historical profiles are unchanged.

Since 25 September 2026 the Listening Station player is Khipu's own Station
page (/station); a Khipu wheel built from 34f1b56 or later carries it, so
nothing else is installed for it and khipu-local/v1 does not change. A wheel
built at Khipu d54280e was checked to contain the page's assets. The README
points to the profile.

`python3 -m pytest tests` did not run as written: the tests import the
package from src/, use datetime.UTC (Python 3.11 or later), and one module
imports Oida. The README says so and gives the command that runs them:
PYTHONPATH=src ../oida/.venv/bin/python -m pytest tests -v, which passes 191
with 5 skipped. The assistant itself still uses only the standard library.

…ored wheels

- khipu-safety/v1: the reviewed 26 Sept candidate, additive to khipu-local/v1,
requiring akousma 0.8.3 and akousmata 0.8.2, with AKOÚŌ 0.10.0 now a core
Akousmata dependency. Every older profile and public pin is unchanged.
- Host adapters are offered only when the installed Oída revision qualifies
them (integration_catalog.py), not from a fixed list.
- An owner-test extra installs pinned local wheels from vendor/ (SHA256SUMS,
owner-test-wheels.json), and scripts/check_tests.py runs the unit and owner
partitions against installed packages. The wheels are byte-identical to
  those Khipu vendors.

Unit partition: 141 passed, 5 skipped; owner partition: 61 passed, both in
fresh Python 3.13 environments. Checkpoint of 26 Sept 2026 work.

….6.1

The release (0.4.4 to 0.5.1: repaired owner cohort, Stable Audio MLX model
names, release workflow concurrency) was built from the audit checkpoint that
started at fcf0d96. Files only the release changed take its version; files the
LISTENING.md commit also changed are merged on fcf0d96. The opt-in
listening-md-core/v1 profile and the owner-test fixtures now select the
reconciled cohort (Oida 0.13.2, Akousma 0.10.1, Akousmata 0.9.1, AKOUO 0.12.1);
the full profile names GERM 0.7.0. Third-party lock versions equal the release.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Current owners install their siblings from vendored wheels and GERM 0.7.0
vendors Akousma 0.8.4, which the managed checks do not yet model. The
newer owners stay selected by the wheel candidates; advancing the managed
set is its own installer revision once the owner tags exist.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The owner tags this release's fixtures name now exist: akousma-v0.10.1,
akouo-contract-v0.12.1, akousmata v0.9.1 and oida v0.13.2. Each rebuilds its
vendored wheel byte for byte (ship E13).
