fix(home): scan card shows only a verified deployer, no operator cell

What changes

• The deployer wallet is shown only when the API marks the attribution as verified. Otherwise the card says "Deployer not verified", and the cell is hidden when the API does not return those fields.
• The operator cell is removed. It rendered an object as "[object Object]", and per-operator figures are not shown on public surfaces for now. Operator-level tags are filtered out too, and a lookup that resolves to an operator wallet shows a neutral note instead of counts.
• Adds a small line: "Beta — scores are being re-measured".
• The card has no links to other pages.

Why

The raw wallet field is not necessarily the deployer, and operator data is on hold until it is re-measured.

Testing

Build passes. The deployer gate was checked with verified, unverified and missing-field fixtures.
