fix(site): freeze all precision/accuracy figures until re-measurement - #32

Remove every rendered precision/accuracy number (fixed and live from /v1/stats): landing stats bar + live line, ScreenLoop (incl. hardcoded 97.7 fallback), changelog live CRITICAL value, /pro KPI, /dashboard card, /skills per-signal precision + TP/FP, trust strip and sidetrack fixed 97.x% copy. Volume counters stay. Replaced with 'every prediction auditable per mint'. Delete orphan CriticalPrecisionStat.
