Updates peer dependency to
solid-js^2.0.0-beta.10. Replaces the removedbatchandon()APIs with their 2.0 equivalents, fixestoEffectto preserve a reactive owner in the effect apply phase viarunWithOwner, and updatescreateEventStackto handle deferred signal writes. All 15 tests pass.
