Add a Solana Kit Expo wallet template with Wallet UI integration, cluster settings, wallet account and activity views, and Mobile Wallet Adapter sign-in, message signing, transaction signing, and sign-and-send examples. Regenerate the template catalog metadata so create-solana-dapp and CI include mobile/kit-expo-wallet.
