Soilharmony organisation setup for working with citeme & checklist.
The R package checklist can be used as a batteries-included template to create R packages and R projects. See the package website and the SoilHarmony github welcome page for more explanation. The package checklist relies on the package citeme. Every github organization should have its own citeme repository with an organisation.yml file. This is the citeme repository for the SoilHarmony github organization. The R script source/soilharmony-setup-organisation.R is used to create the organisation.yml file. Each partner from the SoilHarmony consortium that will be working with github should be added to this file by adding the necessary information in this script.
