- Update generated cpp files created by cimgen
- Fix export of constants for cpp: replace constants with getter functions
- CimVersion -> getCimVersion()
- NamespaceMap -> getNamespaceMap()
- CIMClassList -> getCIMClassList()
- Install all cpp files — whether generated or hardcoded — in the same directory
- Fix export of constants for cpp: replace constants with getter functions
- Adapt sources to new getter functions
- Remove cim version check from ModelDescriptionHandler (not working any more)
- Move all remaining sources from static to src
