Summary

Adds completion rules informed by unlazy (MIT), in original wording. No unlazy scripts or hooks are bundled. See ADR-005.

  • Router invariant: finish every in-scope part of the request; no placeholders, stubs, TODOs, elided code, or silently deferred remainder. Minimal means least code per part, not fewer parts. Unfinishable parts are reported as unmet.
  • Router output: mark each requested part met or unmet; re-measure every reported number or label it not measured.
  • Build: each checkpoint is implemented completely; self-review also hunts defects, placeholders, and unhandled cases.
  • Verify: step 8 re-reads the original request and maps every requested part to a supported claim or a reported unmet item; the evidence report ends with met and unmet counts.
  • Ledgers: ADR-005, 0.6.0 - Unreleased changelog entry, both manifests at 0.6.0, unlazy credited in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.

Verification

  • python scripts/check_version.py --self-test -> passed
  • python scripts/check_version.py -> Version checks passed: 0.6.0
  • python scripts/test_behavior_check.py -> OK
  • python scripts/test_edit_guard.py -> OK
  • Not run: the 12-case cross-host behavior suite (docs/behavior-checks.md). Required before dating 0.6.0 and tagging v0.6.0.

Finish every in-scope part of a request, ban placeholders and deferred
remainder, report met/unmet parts, re-measure reported numbers, and make
verify re-read the original request. Informed by unlazy (MIT); no code
bundled. See ADR-005.
