Releases 0.5.1 (changelog dated 2026-10-08) after the release checklist in docs/versioning.md:

  • Clarity rules informed by ASD-STE100 (via asd-ste100-skill, MIT), wording only. See ADR-004.
  • Fixed the qualification behavior case, which failed on every host.
  • Router now activates for read-only model selection, qualification, and model cost reviews.
  • Guard hook closes the transcript file (ResourceWarning).

Checks: check_version.py (and --self-test), test_behavior_check.py, test_edit_guard.py, and both claude plugin validate --strict pass.

Full 12-case behavior suite with independent transcript review: Claude Code claude-sonnet-5 9/12, claude-sonnet-5-5 12/12, Codex gpt-6.1-sol 12/12. Reviewers attributed none of the three claude-sonnet-5 failures (typo, payment, payment-build) to this release. Known limits and coverage gaps are in the changelog entry.

After merge: tag v0.5.1 on the merge commit and publish a GitHub release.

- Add ASD-STE100-informed clarity rules to artifact-contracts.md and
  economy.md as wording only (ADR-004).
- Fix the qualification case: model-selection.md lists the evidence a
qualification claim needs as a checklist, scoped to actual claims.
- Router activates for read-only model selection, qualification, and
model cost reviews, and when the user asks for ai-native-sdlc.
- Close the transcript file in hooks/edit_guard.py.
- Bump manifests to 0.5.1 and date the changelog entry.
