🐛 Bug Fix

Changes
This PR addresses recurring Postgres deadlocks (40P01) during daily spend updates.
Root Cause:
PodLockManagerwas not utilizing Redis, allowing multiple pods to concurrently commit to the DB even when the Redis transaction buffer was enabled, bypassing intended serialization.Fix Implemented:
DBSpendUpdateWriternow passesredis_cachetoPodLockManager, ensuring the pod-level leader lock is effective and only one leader pod applies DB commits._update_daily_spend. This ensures all concurrent updaters acquire row locks in the same order, preventing lock-order inversion._update_daily_spend. This handles transient deadlocks gracefully.is_deadlock_errortoexception_handler.pyfor robust detection of Postgres deadlock errors.Slack Thread
