Added timecheck to ensure that cache gets refreshed if older than a day.
Refactored package name Fixed up cache check so that it actually worked.
This release fixes the issue where the notification would appear even if the cache file was not updated
As the menu button in deprecated in 4.x and above I added the activity bar so that the menu would be available for all.

Something has happened with the Zooborns app in that it can't load up the RSS file anymore and has been running blank.
The commit I've done ports the project to Android Studio and also adds a fix for the issue.
