* 'master' of github.com:smartsnow/mflash: 更新 UI replace pyqt5 with tkinter - new command line support read, write, erase and mac commands. - new class "mflash" for mflash basic operations. - use average speed in "progressbar". - new "version.py" - update opencod excutable, "dump_image" command support "append" option. - update openocd scripts, only mx1350 need halt in mflash procedure. - rename "flash_alg" to "mflash" in files. 上个版本误删了依赖 升级版本到 1.2.10，解决 rtl8762c 在 image tool 下载模式时不能下载的问题，删除 setup.py 中 pyqt5 和 qdarkstyle 的依赖，因为 pyqt5.10.1 所依赖的 slip 版本已经被删除了 update mx1300.elf and add png of jlink 更新 rtl8762c 的 ramcode，支持读取 mac 地址 支持 rtl8762c，并统一为先擦除再写 flash
