Verify the exact published v0.10.0 candidate dd7ff15 through the existing CI workflow.
The implementation was accepted by two independent reviewers on source fde95a0. The candidate differs only in 14 go.mod manifests: internal requirements use v0.10.0 and development replacements are removed. The standard make release-break path passed lint, unit/race, integration and e2e before atomic publication.
This draft exists for release-SHA CI evidence because the atomic multi-module tag push suppresses GitHub tag events. It is not intended to merge release manifests into main.
