Verify the published v0.9.2 module manifests on release commit 93ba541 using the existing CI workflow. GitHub did not generate a tag workflow for the atomic publication of 16 module tags.
Both independent reviewers approved source code 2f1cfd4. The release commit differs only by expected internal module requirements and removed development replacements. The standard make release-patch gates passed and the remote refs were verified.
