…hards, tighten tokens and Slack output - The stored temperature is used as set, 0 included; create defaults to 0.7 only when it is absent. - A shard that allowlists web_search gets a per-turn search budget. - The page-writing tools are classified as write-capable, so ephemeral shards can't use them. - Shard tokens get a longer lookup prefix; older tokens keep working until re-minted; token checks are concurrency-bounded. - PATCH can clear a shard's session idle window and schemas. - Slack output escapes model text and keeps autolinks; long replies split at safe boundaries; proactive sends are split. - Shard API streaming errors are OpenAI-style error events. - setup-slack.sh writes its env file 0600 and builds a new config from config.example.toml. Tests cover each change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UwpkZbULrgj6JLeSra78AT
… mints nothing - The book picker lists the owner's books (archived ones marked), keeps books it can't name, and an edit sends book_access only once the picker is touched. - A console-only shard keeps its system prompt. - Cancel on the token label mints nothing. - Shard rows open from the keyboard. - A blank temperature is omitted; emptying the idle window or a schema clears it. Tests: shards-panel.spec.ts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01UwpkZbULrgj6JLeSra78AT

fix(shards-panel): edits keep book confinement and the prompt, Cancel mints nothing

Testing
The icecube tiers passed on this PR's tree before a migration-lock commit was added under the stack, as the first commit of #21: Go tests without and with Postgres, Playwright without a model, and Playwright against a local model. That commit changes only internal/db/migrate.go and its test, and the db package's tests pass with Postgres at every commit of the stack. The CI run on this PR tests the head as pushed.
