Could this be updated to work on the Terminal also?

Could this be updated to work on the Terminal also? It would be very handy for lots of bash driven testing commands that output file links. Does Terminal provide the hooks to do it?

Terminal has not a hook point.
If hook points are provided, we plan to fix them.
