Design-Bug- in-WPG-Sun-gear

1. In the sun gear design of the WPG Actuator one of the dimension is not equation driven i.e does not get updated with new optimised parameters. It should be "#sun_gear_hub/2" instead. (image is attached below)
2. in the design tree some extrude cut should be conditionally surpassed but they are unsuressed , so the conditional equation should be corrected.
