This repository contains the raw count matrix for the PBMC Total-SeqA CITE-seq data that accompanies Vlahos et al, 2023.
The header contains the cell-identifying barcodes for each cell. The first two columns contain the Total-SeqA antibody and the ADT barcode for each feature, and each of thes subsequent columns corresponds to an individual cell.
