Fix the native preview hang exposed by CI: disconnecting a preview could strand another compilation through shared in-flight promises. Keep queued builds in their own request context, cache only completed server builds, and retain admitted operations until they finish. Add coverage for canceled archived previews followed by fresh compilation, and include useful diagnostics when the team-library preview fails.
