What and why

Prepares the EternalMonitor 0.3.3 release from main at 9aba66f. It ships #97 and #98 (mirror while the second screen starts, one virtual display toggle per 10 s, IDR keyframes on NVENC and QSV, the virtual display drawn by the main screen's card on hybrid laptops) and #99 (the iPad stops the no-picture reconnect loop and says to mirror, Support ID in Diagnostics).

• Version 0.3.3 in host/Cargo.toml, proto/Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock and ios/project.yml (MARKETING_VERSION 0.3.3, CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION 8). The minimum iPad version the PC warns about stays 0.3.2: 0.3.3 has no protocol change.
• RELEASE_NOTES.md: a v0.3.3 section replaces "Next Windows release" and folds its items in, alongside Mirror at once while the second screen starts, and stop the reconnect loop #97 and Stop the iPad's no-picture reconnect loop and say to mirror #99. ios/TESTFLIGHT_NOTES.md is regenerated from it with scripts/testflight_notes.py (3,294 characters).
• GUI tests: the feedback email assertions in host/tests/gui_snapshots.rs expect 0.3.3, and the 15 snapshots that draw the version are regenerated. Each diff is the version digit and the text after it on that line.

.github/release-body.md names no version and is unchanged. docs/ is unchanged: latest.json and the download page are published after the builds are verified.

How it was tested

On macOS (Apple M1 Max):

• scripts/check-versions.sh: release version 0.3.3, published update still 0.3.2.

• python3 scripts/check_messages.py, python3 scripts/testflight_notes.py --check and python3 -m unittest discover -s scripts -p 'test_*.py' (119 tests) pass.

• cargo fmt --check, cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --locked -- -D warnings and cargo test --workspace --locked (561 tests) pass.

• release.yml dispatched on this branch as a dry run (it publishes only on a v* tag): https://github.com/sidebandstudio/EternalMonitor/actions/runs/40511980589

• cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --locked -- -D warnings and cargo test --workspace --locked

• scripts/test_ios.sh for iPad changes (no iPad code changes here; CI runs the iOS tests)
