The `gh-tooling-setting-up` skill was removed when gh-tooling moved to the `github-agent-tools` marketplace, but `plugin.json` still listed gh-tooling in `description` and `keywords`, and `AGENTS.md` still counted three setting-up skills. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

gh-tooling moved to shopwareLabs/github-agent-tools, where it ships as the
github-mcpplugin with its own setup. plugin-setup'sgh-tooling-setting-upskill was removed at that time, but the plugin metadata still named gh-tooling.plugins/plugin-setup/.claude-plugin/plugin.json: the description lists only dev-tooling and chunkhound-integration, andgh-toolingis removed fromkeywords.plugins/plugin-setup/AGENTS.md: the skill counts now match the two remaining setting-up skills.
