Metrics transport for Shopware telemetry v2

• Implements MetricTransportInterface::flush(). On Shopware 6.7.12+ metrics are exported after each request and console command and every 60 s in Messenger workers.
• Metric names are prefixed with shopware.telemetry.metrics.namespace from core, so all transports use the same names. Below 6.7.12 the default prefix io.opentelemetry.contrib.php.shopware is used.
• open_telemetry_shopware.metrics.namespace is deprecated and ignored. Will be removed in 1.0.
• OpenTelemetryMetricTransport::forceFlush() is deprecated, use flush().
• Requires shopware/core ^6.6. Metrics need 6.6.7+.

Upgrading from 0.2.0-alpha

• Upgrade this package before Shopware core 6.7.12. The alpha transport lacks flush() and fails with a fatal error on 6.7.12+ when metrics are enabled.
• Move a custom namespace to shopware.telemetry.metrics.namespace (6.7.12+). Below 6.7.12 a custom prefix is no longer possible.
• The instrumentation scope name is now always io.opentelemetry.contrib.php.shopware.
