Ok, this PR became a bit of a monster, but it's all fairly digestiable. Here's what changes:

• The description field in the frontmatter will display was lead text on every page (if the field is available, if not then nothing happens).
• The homepage is now at `./content/_index.md.
  • This rendered at /
  • There are no fancy redirects.
    • In fact I took out some akward redirects that Cloudflare didn't need.
  • Also removed "Home" from the "Basics" sidebar menu in "Understand" section.
    • If users wanna get home, they click the big Shinzo Docs logo at the top left, as normal.
• Upgrades Zola to 0.23.6
  • Updates how Templates are used.
  • Updates how shortcodes are used (spoiler: they're not).
  • Fixes references that broke when shortcodes got ripped out.

There aren't any content changes in this PR. It's all infra/webdev nonsense. With that in mind...
