moving all legacy redirects to real 301s in static/_redirects instead of js-refresh alias pages, so google stops reporting them as soft redirects
- legacy rules had no status so they were 302s, now all 301 - /generators /indexer /host /hosts /reference/components pointed at section paths that render nothing (404), now land on real pages - same for /docs/hosts/examples and /docs/guides/building-apps-with-shinzo - explicit rules for every old alias path, in both slash forms, before the splat rules so first match wins - root / now 301s to /understand/home/ instead of a js redirect page
fixes 'duplicate without user-selected canonical' - google was picking its own canonical between slash variants and legacy urls
aliases are gone, redirects now live in static/_redirects as 301s

For reviewing: this looks like a crazy big PR, but it's mostly just updating/removing aliases and redirects. Pretty straight-forward.
