the > in the url

When the bot is queried the URL shown has an extra > at the end, resulting in a 404 page

Thanks for reporting this, @RappinKraken! This seems to happen when folks view the url from webchat, which a significant number of #openhatch-ers do, so we should fix this, ideally by removing the < > and replacing them with spaces. It's less aesthetic, but that should work for every client.
