Disable interaction with center view if left/right view is open

While the left or right views are open, the center view stays completely functional. I suppose the proper implementation of the center view should be that if any of the side views are open and a "touch inside up" is made on the center view, the side view closes and the touch event is cancelled.

The CenterInteractivity property is supposed to handle this, but I notice that CenterHiddenInteractivity.NotUserInteractive doesn't seem to work - it looks like it falls back to NotUserInteractiveWithTapToCloseBouncing. What this means is that the center view will accept a touch and show the center but doesn't pass touches through to controls until the center is open again.

I did not notice the CenterInteractivity property at first. CenterHiddenInteractivity.NotUserInteractive needs a fix as you mentioned.
