Problem: The latest release of 'stack2cabal' tools is pretty old and doesn't work with newer GHCs. Solution: Use the latest unreleased revision from the 'stack2cabal' upstream repo instead.
Problem: The project uses pretty outdated stackage resolvers that use GHC versions no longer supported by haskell.nix. Solution: Bump main resolver to the 'lts-20.26'. Bump stack2cabal resolver to 'lts-22.25' to match hpack version used by stack2cabal in CI.
